Item I – 8” Linestop on Sch. 40 Carbon Steel Steam Condensation line Under 100 psi
1 – Mobilization Prep / Travel to site to perform Linestops
1 - Provide 8” Linestop fitting for Sch. 40 Carbon Steel Water Pipe - under 140 degrees
1 – Install / Weld-on Fittings, Pressure test Fittings and Hottap pipeline (See Welding Notes)
1 – 8” Linestop Installed and held for up to 6 hours ea. (While pipeline modifications are performed by others)
1 – Removal of Linestops and install completion plug with Blind Flange. Blow-off assemblies as required
Item II – 8” x 4” Hottap on Sch. 40 Carbon Steel Steam Condensation line Under 100 psi
1 – Mobilization Prep / Travel to site to perform Hottap (Same Mobilization as Linestop)
1 - Provide 8” x 4” Flanged fitting for Sch. 40 Carbon Steel Water Pipe
1 – Install / Weld-on Fittings, Pressure test Fittings (See Welding Notes)
1 - 4” Hottap on Carbon Steel Pipeline NOTE: Excludes Valve, ‘Others’ to Supply Flanged Valve per Specifications
