Saddles: JCM 445 Carbon Steel Primer Coated W / Alloy Straps & Hardware.
Completion Plug: Carbon Steel Primer Coated
Blind Flange: Steel 150# CL D Epoxy Coated W / 2 Lifting Lugs
Maximum Flow Rate allowed: Flow rates of 1 ft/sec shall not be exceeded.

2 – Set Up and Mobilization to site
2 – 30” Linestop Fittings for PCCP L-301 Sewage Force Main (100 PSI or less)
2 – 24” Hot Taps to allow for linestop entry
2 – Insertion of 30” linestop for 14 Days or Less
2– Removal of Linestop, install Completion Plugs and Blind Flanges. (30” ANSI 150# Flanged outlet off linestop equipment for your bypass)

2 – Expedite the manufacturing of 2 JCM 445 saddles to ship by Friday 2-8-19
