ITEM 2 – 12” Freezes ( No Flow through pipe ) 12 – 12” Pipe freezing on Chilled Water carbon steel pipeline ( Vertical ) 8 hours hold time for freeze while you make pipeline modifications Estimated 12 – 160 LT. Dewars per freeze
Item 3 – 2” Hot Taps – Drains 4 – 2” Hot Taps on bottom of pipes for checking freeze and draining ( Materials and installation by customer)
4 – Air testing of tapping assembly
Item 4 – 3/4” Hot Taps 4 – 3/4” Hot Taps on top of pipes for air release ( Materials and installation by customer)

10 – Pressure testing of assemblies
10 – ¾” Hot Taps through your provided and installed full port ball valves (IP), for Chilled Water Carbon Steel
