JOB LOCATION: Nashville, TN PROJECT: Carlex
Job Specifics: 1 – Travel to site to scrap and try to clean pipe to help perform a proper seal.
1 – Travel to site to perform indoor linestops
1 – Travel to site remove and complete indoor linestops
ltem l Linestop Indoor 18” Carbon Steel - Mill Water Pipe – Horizontal
1 – Indoor 18” Linestop Using a 2LBin/IFT Split Weld Tee for Carbon Steel Mill Water Pipeline (60 PSI or less) (Provided by IFT and weld on by Contractor)
1 – Installation of temporary valve with air test.
1 – Hot Taps to allow for linestop entry
1 – Insertion of 18” linestop
1 – 2” Taps on contractor supplied and installed materials for blow down and equalizing pressure to remove linestop.
1 – 2 Day Hold while you make pipe modifications.
1 – Removal of Linestops, install completion plug and Blind Flange
ltem 2 Linestop 14” Carbon Steel - Mill Water Pipe – Vertical
1 – 14” Linestop Using a 2LBin/IFT Split Weld Tee for Carbon Steel Mill Water Pipeline (60 PSI or less) (Provided by IFT and weld on by Contractor)
